Anarchy in the DG was the sixth episode of Tracy Beaker Returns. It was first broadcast at 17:00 on the CBBC Channel on 05/02/2010.

Tracy spends her first night as a care worker at the Dumping Ground. Will she cope?

  • The scene where Tracy tells Cam that she expects to be fired and is then shown being fired out from a cannon (in a cartoon animation) was shown on an episode of Hacker Time. However, the cartoon animation was modified so that Tracy meets Hacker in mid-air. Hacker greets her, and tells her to be careful, or she'll fall (which she promptly does with a loud crash, causing the screen to shake). Hacker comments that it is luck he has his parachute. He then realises he has packed his underwear instead of a parachute and too falls to the ground.
  • The episode was curiously skipped during a rerun of season one in April 2015, and again during June 2015.
  • The title of the episode is likely to be a pun on 'Anarchy in the UK', a 1977 song by British punk band The Sex Pistols.
