Elmtree House (occasionally spelt as Elm Tree House) is the name of the care home used from Series 5 of The Story of Tracy Beaker until Series 1 of The Dumping Ground. It was the successor to Cliffside, and the predecessor to Ashdene Ridge.
Just like Stowey House and all other care homes prior to My Mum Tracy Beaker (excluding Ashdene Ridge), all the children and adults who lived or worked there have left - the building's current state is unknown, as it hasn't featured in any episodes following the series stated.
History[]
All of Cliffside's residents moved over, alongside Justine Littlewood (who came back following an argument with her dad), her new roommate, Rebecca Chalmers, silent best friend of Marco, Milly and fairy loving Alice.
Mike also returns, originally as chef when Duke leaves to visit his family. He would later take over from long gone Sid Rooney's place as head care worker.

Trivia[]
- The building used for filming Elmtree House I scenes was located at 110 Clive Road, Victoria Park, Cardiff. It had formerly been a school (Elm Tree House School).
- Since production, the building was demolished somewhere between late 2005 and early 2006 - an apartment complex currently sits on the land.
- Elmtree House's name was inspired by this building's real name.
- The buildings used for filming Elmtree House II scenes were located at La Sagesse, Jesmond Dene Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne. It had formerly been a private Catholic girls' school.
- Two buildings were used for filming - with the recognisable cream and red one being used for the exterior scenes, and another building 'around the back' used for interior scenes.
- Since production, the exterior and surrounding buildings were demolished in March 2014 - an executive housing estate currently sits on the land.
- Elmtree House II is supposed to be the same house as Elmtree House I (but it was presumably refurbished).
- Despite Tracy saying she used to live there, This house and Elmtree House I from TSOTB are completely different.
- This is hinted at in the TBR episode "Shadows", when Tracy tells Tee that the sink used to be somewhere else.
- Two pictures of Elmtree House II are in Ashdene Ridge.
