The Dumping Ground is a spin-off series from Tracy Beaker Returns that began broadcasting on the CBBC Channel in early 2013. The show continued from where the previous programme had left off with the residents continuing their lives in the care home as well as making new friends.
Gina Cronk returned as Executive Producer along with writer Elly Brewer who worked on all three series ofTracy Beaker Returns. Nick Sharratt’s popular animated illustrations, which featured in both The Story of Tracy Beaker and Tracy Beaker Returns continued to appear in the show.
